Karl and Denise Parker have lived in the Neighborhood for six years, and have a daughter Jayla. Karl has ten years experience working in the construction industry. Karl is the owner and operator of All-American Design and Construction LLC, our newest business member. The business is owned by Terry O’Brien, who is a man of many talents. In addition to being a licensed aircraft mechanic, Terry is also a licensed pipe fitter and heavy duty mechanic. He can repair your airplane, or if you don’t have one, he can update your closets, replace your windows, and fix your bathroom fittings. He says he can do just about any handyman job inside or outside your home. Terry has lived in the Neighborhood five years and been in business as A & P Services for four.
